Created two bold design patterns on top of each table.

Firstly, use a paint brush and some black paint to paint the tops of each of the tables. This black layer is the background layer so apply two coats of black paint, leaving plenty of drying time in between each coat. After the second coat of black paint is applied, let the tables dry overnight to make sure they are nice and dry and ready for taping.
Then measure, mark, and tape off your designs using FrogTape® Delicate Surface tape.
Once the tape designs are completely done and applied, use a plastic squeegee to smooth down / burnish all of the tape lines.
Once the tape is completely smoothed and applied, use a paint brush to apply three coats of white paint to the entire piece of furniture. White paint can be one of the hardest and most frustrating colours to paint with, so it is better to go with multiple smooth light coats vs thick heavy messy coats!
Once the very last coat of white paint had been applied, start to gently remove the tape. Don't remove the tape too quickly - slow and steady wins the race!
Once all of the tape has been removed it is time to finish the piece. These tables were lightly distressed and all of the edges were sanded. Then a clear furniture wax was applied to seal and protect the finish!
